Pineapple Agua Fresca - Great Signature Drink For Your Wedding

Looking for a fresh tasting light drink to serve as the signature drink for your wedding? Visit the Chow website and find the easy recipe for this fruity drink that is a combination of citrus, water, and sugar that you can find throughout Mexico. For your signature drink replace the water with rum and the results are perfect for a summery wedding where you want something cool and thirst quenching. Sometimes you just want a cocktail that is a little bit different from the norm... this will do it.

For those of your guests who are non-drinkers, make them the version with the water instead of the rum.  CHOW's recipe is for 8 drinks, but you can easily make more.

Let me know how you like CHOW's version of Pineapple Agua Fresca, spiked or not!

Individual Signature Drinks Sealed In Mason Jars

Mason jars pre-filled with your favorite signature drink and kept cold on ice, all prepackaged and ready to drink. No bartender needed! A simple idea, easy to execute and so easy for guests to make their choice of their favorite drink. Add your personalized labels with your monogram and the name of the drink enclosed.

I know mason jars are big at weddings recently and this is one of the best ideas I've seen. Putting the drinks together yourself can save a bridal couple big bucks by purchasing their own liquor and mixers and not having to pay and tip a bartender. Hope this idea helps some brides out there!

Rolo Infused Vodka? Oh Yeah!

With all the hoopla lately about making your own infused vodkas, and my personal love of chocolate, I decided why not combine the two! Imagine my delight to discover this recipe on Nom Nom Cupcake for Rolo Vodka!  I was thrilled to find one of my favorite secret pleasures (Rolos) added to Vodka, so had to offer you this recipe to try out for yourselves!

Add a homemade marshmallow to the rim of the shot glass and you have a shooter from heaven! Whether you offer these to wedding guests or guests at your next party, shooters of Rolo Vodka are sure to be a success!

If you don't want to go to the trouble of making your own marshmallows a shot of whipped cream on top is a reasonable substitute.  Enjoy!
